             Evansville North hadn't done well against Castle recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way  on Tuesday. Everything went the Evansville North Huskies' way against the Castle Knights as the Evansville North Huskies made off with  a  57-32 victory. Given the Huskies' advantage  in MaxPreps' Indiana basketball rankings  (they are ranked 36th, while the Knights are ranked 145th), the result  wasn't entirely unexpected.
 Evansville North was led to victory by  Libby Blythe and  Brooke Silva.  Blythe  went 6 for 10 from beyond the arc en route to 20 points, while  Silva  went 6 for 7 en route to 16 points. What's more,  Blythe also racked up three  assists, the most she's  had since back in December of 2023. Another player making a difference was  Maddy Knies, who  had six points in addition to six  rebounds.
 Several Knights players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was   Izabell Grantz, who  earned nine points plus seven  rebounds.  Kiki Jones was another key player,  earning six points in addition to five  rebounds.
 The  win  got Evansville North back to even at 2-2. As for Castle, they now  have a losing record at 2-3.
 Evansville North has already played their next game,  a  54-52  victory against Bloomington South on the 30th. As for Castle, they also  wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next  contest,  a  68-54  defeat against Owensboro Catholic on the 2nd.
