Baseball Recap: Hale Takes a Loss

Hale was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 18th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 10-0 to the Forest Area Warriors.

Hale's defeat dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Forest Area, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-10.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hale will challenge Mio-Au Sable at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Eagles' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Thunderbolts have averaged an impressive 7.8 runs per game this season. As for Forest Area, they will square off against Pellston at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
