Basketball Recap: Ursuline Academy Comes Up Short

Ursuline Academy played a tough match on Thursday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They lost 58-35 to the Seton Saints. The Lions have struggled against the Saints recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Among those leading the charge was Aubri Korfhagen, who posted 14 points and six boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Brooke Goshorn, who had ten points.

Ursuline Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 6-14. As for Seton, their victory was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 15-6.

When Ursuline Academy and Seton next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Ursuline Academy will face off against West Clermont and their four-game winning streak at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Seton will try to stop Walnut Hills' four-game winning streak when the meet at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
