Volleyball Recap: Greater Cabarrus Athletic Association Takes a Loss

Greater Cabarrus Athletic Association saw some tournament action on Thursday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the TEACH Homeschool Beach Breakers.

TEACH Homeschool can attribute much of their success to Carter Flora, who had 11 assists and two aces.

Greater Cabarrus Athletic Association's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for TEACH Homeschool, the win keeps them at an undefeated 13-0.

TEACH Homeschool wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Fairfax HomeSchool on the 25th. Hopefully Greater Cabarrus Athletic Association paid attention to the Beach Breakers' matchup: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Beach Breakers at 2:30 p.m. on October 4.
