North Hollywood came into Friday's match looking for another win against Verdugo Hills, but William Gharabekyan wouldn't allow it. The Verdugo Hills Dons were the clear victor by an 81-56 margin over the North Hollywood Huskies on Friday thanks in part to Gharabekyan, who dropped a triple-double on 33 points, ten rebounds, and ten steals. Thanks to that strong game, he now owns an excellent 45.2% shooting accuracy.

Charles Palacios was another key player, putting up seven points. He continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played.

The win got Verdugo Hills back to even at 13-13. As for North Hollywood, their loss dropped their record down to 8-16.

Looking ahead, Verdugo Hills will venture away from home to challenge Arleta at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for North Hollywood, they will take on Poly at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Poly knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past 11 contests -- so hopefully North Hollywood likes a good challenge.
