Football Game Preview: Comstock Colts vs. Bronson Vikings + How To Watch

The Comstock Colts will venture away from home to face off against the Bronson Vikings at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Comstock has given up an average of 35.8 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Comstock took a 42-point loss the last time they faced off against White Pigeon, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Colts won a matchup that couldn't have been any closer, slipping by the Chiefs 42-41. The victory almost wasn't to be: the Colts were down 28-14 in the third quarter.

Meanwhile, Bronson had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 34 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They blew past the Bulldogs 30-6. The score at the end of the third wound up being the final score as the Vikings just coasted through the last quarter.

Bronson's win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Comstock, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-4.

Comstock beat Bronson 26-16 in their previous matchup back in September of 2016. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Colts since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
