Jefferson had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Kent-Meridian on Tuesday. The Raiders were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Royals. That three set margin sets a new team best for the Raiders this season.

Jefferson's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-6. As for Kent-Meridian, they now have a losing record of 4-5.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Jefferson is set to face off against their familiar foe Kentlake at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Kent-Meridian will take on rival White River at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
