The Green Sea Floyds Trojans won the last time they faced the Lamar Silver Foxes, and things went their way on Wednesday too. Green Sea Floyds secured a 38-32 W over Lamar.
Green Sea Floyds' win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Janyrah Mccleod, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and ten rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Mccleod has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Shantavia Hilliard, who scored 12 points along with five steals.
Green Sea Floyds' lineup was just a bit different on Wednesday as Mccleod got a bit more time on the court (31 vs. her season average of 13.18). Mccleod made the most of the opportunity, dropping a double-double on 15 points and ten rebounds. A few more games like that and she might be seeing even more time going forward.
Green Sea Floyds' victory bumped their record up to 9-14. As for Lamar, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 5-16.
Green Sea Floyds does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Lamar also has no future games currently scheduled.
