They strolled past the Mustangs with points to spare, taking the game 37-23. Winning may never get old, but Springfield sure is getting used to it with their fifth in a row.

Springfield found their leader in underclassman Madison Varando, who scored eight points along with nine rebounds and four steals. Varando is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last four games she's played. Aliya Cohoon was another key contributor, scoring seven points along with five rebounds and two steals.

Springfield has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 12-8 record this season. As for Kim/Branson, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-10.
