Eleanor (Ellie) Rounds Game Report: vs Mira Loma

While Tuesday's win was certainly a team effort, someone pulling more than their own weight was underclassman Eleanor (Ellie) Rounds. She wasn't messing around on Tuesday, striking out six batters over five innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off five hits. The pitching appearance was her third straight with one or fewer earned runs.

Rounds and Wheatland will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Oakmont at 4:00 p.m. on the 22nd.
