For the second straight game, Wheeler will face off against Pine Grove. The Eagles will be playing in front of their home fans against the Panthers at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Wheeler is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.9 runs per game this season.

Pine Grove was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .385. They are a perfect 8-0 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.

The victory (which was Pine Grove's fifth in a row) raised their record to 13-9. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.4 runs on average over those games. As for Wheeler, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-8.

Friday's game might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Wheeler has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .441. However, it's not like Pine Grove struggles in that department as they've averaged .440. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
