North Bay Haven Academy's defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Wednesday. They put the hurt on Rutherford with a sharp 8-0 win. The Buccaneers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three contests by eight goals or more this season.

Meanwhile, Fort Walton Beach was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They came up short against Mosley, falling 3-0. While losing is never fun, the Vikings can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 411th, while the Dolphins are ranked 53rd).

The victory made it two in a row for North Bay Haven Academy and bumps their season record up to 5-3-1. As for Fort Walton Beach, their loss dropped their record down to 0-6-1.
