Sequoyah extended their winning streak to four on Friday, bumping them up to 9-1. They strolled past the Creekview Grizzlies with points to spare, taking the game 31-14. That's more bragging rights for the Chiefs, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Will Rajecki had another great game (as he tends to do), rushing for 211 yards and four touchdowns. His rushing production has been exceptional as that marked his seventh straight game with at least 101 rushing yards.

Wins are hard to come by when you can't run the rock, something Sequoyah proved: they limited Creekview to a paltry 3.3 yards per carry. While three picked up at least six total tackles, Michael Fountain stood above the rest. He picked up a sack, forced one fumble, and made six total tackles. Sequoyah didn't have any issues in that department, having averaged 5.9.

Sequoyah's defense didn't let Alex Penrod, get away unscathed either: they got into the backfield for five sacks. Creekview's QB won't forget Noah Normile anytime soon given he sacked him twice. Sequoyah got some further help from Fountain: he picked up a sack, forced one fumble, and made six total tackles.

As for Creekview, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-5. While losing is never fun, they can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia football rankings (they are ranked 113th, while Sequoyah is ranked 24th).

Although Creekview took the loss, they still got scores from Carson Lott and Mason Munn.

As of now, neither Sequoyah nor the Grizzlies have any future games scheduled.
