Softball Recap: South Harrison Takes a Loss

South Harrison lost against St. Marys last Wednesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Hawks came up short against the Blue Devils, falling 13-1.

Riley Myers was cooking despite her team's loss, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base and one RBI.

South Harrison's defeat dropped their record down to 3-9. As for St. Marys, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-4 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. South Harrison will square off against Roane County at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for St. Marys, they will take on Petersburg at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
