Basketball Recap: Mifflin Takes a Loss

Mifflin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took an 87-74 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Centennial Stars. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Punchers of the 66-56 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January of 2025.

When it comes to explaining why Mifflin lost, don't look at Myles Jarrett. Despite the final result, he shot 50% from the field en route to 26 points and five assists. Another player making a difference was Keshon Bouttry, who went 8-for-13 on his way to 17 points.

Mifflin now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Centennial, their win was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 8-2.
