Volleyball Recap: Fairfield Takes a Loss

Fairfield was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mishawaka Marian Knights. If the Falcons were looking for revenge after losing 3-1 to the Knights when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The final score came out to 25-21, 25-9, 23-25, 25-15.

Fairfield's loss dropped their record down to 9-13. As for Mishawaka Marian, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 15-10.

Fairfield has already played their next matchup, a 3-1 victory against Central Noble on the 2nd. As for Mishawaka Marian, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-0 win against New Prairie on the 2nd.
