Volleyball Recap: Orthopaedic Takes a Loss

Orthopaedic managed to slip by Central City Value the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Vipers lost 3-0 to the Jaguars on Monday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Vipers have suffered since March 19th.

Orthopaedic was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Central City Value work for it, especially in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 27-25, 25-18.

This is the second loss in a row for Orthopaedic and nudges their season record down to 13-10. As for Central City Value, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 13-9.

Orthopaedic does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Central City Value, they are taking a road trip to square off against Downtown Magnets at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. The Jaguars are facing the Suns at the right time seeing as the Suns are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
