Eisenhower won the last time they faced Newton and things went their way on Saturday too. The Tigers walked away with a 2-0 win over the Railroaders. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Tigers.

Eisenhower not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Newton between 17 and 18 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-18.

Taylor Morgan was nothing short of spectacular: she had 19 digs and one assist. Kamry Johnston was another key player, getting seven digs and two assists.

Eisenhower's victory bumped their record up to 15-6. As for Newton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-16.

Eisenhower wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against South on the 27th. As for Newton, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Northwest on the 27th.
