Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Lexi Tschopp and Emily Civitillo Lead Steinbrenner to Victory

Steinbrenner waltzed into their match on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Tampa Catholic Crusaders by a score of 2-0. The Warriors have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Crusaders, too.

Leading Steinbrenner to victory were Emily Civitillo and Lexi Tschopp. Civitillo had 28 assists and three digs, while Tschopp had 12 digs and three assists. That's the most assists Tschopp has posted over her last four contests.

Steinbrenner's win bumped their record up to 13-5. As for Tampa Catholic, with the loss, they broke their five-match winning streak and moved their record to 12-6.
