Winning always takes teamwork, but on Monday McKenzie Hernandez stepped things up a notch to give Boulder Creek the 'W'. Hernandez turned in her biggest game of the season, pitching 1.1 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than one walk any time she's pitched this season.

Looking ahead, Hernandez and Boulder Creek will head out on the road to face off against Mountain Ridge at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
