Red Oak entered their tilt with Grand Prairie on Friday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They came out on top against the Gophers by a score of 2-0.

Red Oak's offense was headlined by Samantha Taylor and Aliah Earls, who picked up four kills apiece. Taylor also shared the team's lead in assists with Maleah Ellis: they picked up five each. Destinee Alvarado controlled things from the service line, finishing with seven aces.

Red Oak's win bumped their record up to 10-4. As for Grand Prairie, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-3-1.

Red Oak has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Lakeview Centennial on the 23rd. As for Grand Prairie, they will square off against Nimitz at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
