Volleyball Recap: Timothy Christian Takes a Loss

Timothy Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Willowbrook Warriors. The Trojans were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Warriors apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Trevor Munk paced Timothy Christian's offense, picking up seven kills. Munk got some help from Owen Wise and his 12 assists.

Timothy Christian's loss dropped their record down to 12-9. As for Willowbrook, they moved to 3-13 with that victory, which also ended their ten-game losing streak.

Timothy Christian didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 defeat against Plainfield Central on the 26th. As for Willowbrook, they have also already played their next game, a 2-1 loss against Plainfield North on the 26th.
