Basketball Game Preview: New Philadelphia Quakers vs. Dover Crimson Tornadoes

The New Philadelphia Quakers will square off against the Dover Crimson Tornadoes at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (New Philadelphia has three straight wins, Dover has five straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the court.
