Having struggled with four losses in a row, Highland Prep turned things around against BASIS Flagstaff on Friday. They skirted past the Yetis 2-1.

Meanwhile, North Valley Christian Academy beat Williams 3-1 last Tuesday. The victory continues a trend for North Valley Christian Academy in their matchups with Williams: they've now won three in a row.

North Valley Christian Academy hit Williams with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Leonidas Vasileiadis, Noah Tabak, and Drew Ruelas.

North Valley Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 4-6-2. As for Highland Prep, their victory bumped their record up to 2-5.

Highland Prep might still be hurting after the 5-1 defeat they got from North Valley Christian Academy when the teams last played back in October of 2024. That contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Honey Badgers were down 4-0.
