Chanhassen finds home court redemption against Farmington

There's no place like home for the Chanhassen Storm, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Thursday. They enjoyed a cozy 69-53 victory over Farmington on Monday. That's another feather in the cap for Chanhassen, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Chanhassen to victory, but perhaps none more so than Kate Arnold, who scored 23 points along with 8 rebounds. The match was Arnold's third in a row with at least ten points. Lauren Arnold was another key contributor, scoring 17 points along with 6 assists and 5 rebounds.

Chanhassen now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Farmington, they now have a losing record at 1-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Chanhassen won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Elk River at 7:00 p.m. on December 5th. Elk River presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Chanhassen in Minnesota (Elk River is ranked 35th, while Chanhassen is ranked 131st). As for Farmington, they will head out on the road to face off against Century at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
