After having lost a blowout in their previous game against West Stokes, North Forsyth was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. Everything went their way against the Carver Yellowjackets as the North Forsyth Vikings made off with a 9-3 victory. That's more bragging rights for the Vikings, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
Kerry Smith made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out seven batters over 2.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and not a single walk).
