Baseball Recap: Palestine Comes Up Short

Palestine's defeat dropped their record down to 9-3-1. As for Shoemaker, their win bumped their record up to 5-3-2.

When Palestine and Shoemaker next hit the field, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Palestine will challenge Centerville and their three-game winning streak at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. Palestine's pitching crew has only allowed 3.6 runs per game this season, so Shoemaker's hitters will have their work cut out for them. Similarly, Shoemaker will try to stop Lorena's six-game winning streak when they meet at 3:00 p.m. on Friday.
