Baseball Recap: Larkin Comes Up Short

Larkin lost against West Aurora back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Royals took a 6-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Blackhawks. The Royals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Larkin's defeat dropped their record down to 4-25. As for West Aurora, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 25-5 record this season.

While Larkin had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
