Soccer Recap: Don Lugo Takes a Loss

Don Lugo was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Montclair Cavaliers, falling 4-1. That's two games in a row now that the Conquistadores have lost by exactly three goals.

Their goal came courtesy of Yaret Villarreal Leyva, who's now up to seven this season.

Don Lugo's loss dropped their record down to 5-11-2. As for Montclair, they pushed their record up to 10-7-2 with the win, which was their third straight at home.

Don Lugo will host Chino at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Chino's last five matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Montclair, they are taking a road trip to face off against Ontario at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
