Basketball Recap: Dreher Falls to Ben Lippen in First Game of Season

Dreher unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They were just a bucket shy of victory on Saturday and fell 66-65 to the Ben Lippen Falcons. The Blue Devils were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Falcons apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in November of 2019.

The victory was the third in a row for Ben Lippen, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Coming up, Dreher will square off against C.A. Johnson at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Ben Lippen, they will face off against American Leadership Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
