Volleyball Game Preview: Latin Romans vs. Resurrection Bandits

The Latin Romans will challenge the Resurrection Bandits at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

Latin is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering St. Laurence just ended the team's three-match winning streak on Tuesday. They fell 2-0 to the Vikings.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-19.

Meanwhile, Resurrection didn't have quite enough to beat Payton College Prep on Monday and fell 2-1.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Resurrection sadly dropped the once that decided the match. The final score came out to 31-29, 18-25, 25-20.

Latin's defeat dropped their record down to 18-10. As for Resurrection, their loss dropped their record down to 9-9.
