Basketball Recap: Montoursville's Losing Streak Snapped at Four Games

Montoursville had to endure a four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They snuck past the Milton Black Panthers with a 51-47 win on Thursday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 71-26 back in January.

The victory got Montoursville back to even at 10-10. As for Milton, they dropped their record down to 1-16 with the loss, which was their fifth straight at home.

Montoursville and Milton could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Pennsylvania Rankings. Montoursville will take on Mount Carmel at 7:30 p.m. on Monday down 259 places (342 vs. 83). Similarly, Milton (ranked 623rd) will meet Danville (ranked 85th) at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
