Baseball Recap: North Takes a Loss

North was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 25-15 to the Wagener-Salley War Eagles. Even if the Eagles couldn't come away with the victory, the high-scoring effort was a great turnaround for their hitters, which had struggled int the games prior.

North's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Wagener-Salley, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-6.

Coming up, Wagener-Salley will welcome Pelion at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. North will be paying especially close attention to Wagener-Salley's matchup: after Wagener-Salley faces off against Pelion, they'll take on North again at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
