Basketball Recap: Braggs Triumphs

Braggs entered their tilt with Whitesboro on Saturday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They came within a single point of losing the streak, but they secured a 63-62 W against the Bulldogs. That's more bragging rights for the Wildcats, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Braggs' victory bumped their record up to 11-6. As for Whitesboro, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 10-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Braggs will host Wilson-Henryetta at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Wildcats will be up against the Tigers' rather soft defense (which has allowed 52.88 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Whitesboro, they will welcome Smithville at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
