Softball Recap: Clarke County Comes Up Short

Clarke County lost against Fruitdale back in February, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Bulldogs fell just short of the Pirates by a score of 15-14. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Clarke County's loss dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Fruitdale, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-15.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Clarke County will square off against Washington County at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Fruitdale, they will be playing at home against Leroy at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday.
