Soccer Recap: Brookfield Comes Up Short

Brookfield was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 8-0 to the Cardinal Mooney Cardinals. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Brookfield of the 7-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2022.

Brookfield's loss dropped their record down to 3-12. As for Cardinal Mooney, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-3-1.

Brookfield does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Cardinal Mooney, they will be playing at home against Waynedale at 7:00 p.m. on the 22nd.
