Basketball Recap: Anthony Andrews Takes a Loss

Anthony Andrews lost against White Mountain last Thursday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Anthony Andrews Storm took a 67-50 bruising from the White Mountain Wolves. The Storm have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

White Mountain's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Lillian Lausten-Katongan, who went 7 for 13 on her way to 20 points. Lana Ashenfelter was another key player, going 5 of 11 en route to 14 points and three steals.

Anthony Andrews' defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for White Mountain, their win bumped their record up to 7-2.

Anthony Andrews will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Aniguiin on February 14th. White Mountain does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
