North Lenoir waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with eight straight wins... but they left with nine. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 4-3 W against the Wallace-Rose Hill Bulldogs. That's two games straight that the Hawks have won by just one run.

North Lenoir's win was truly a team effort as four different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Aiden Clark, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one RBI.

North Lenoir hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Wallace-Rose Hill struck out six times.
