Flag Football Recap: Mequiziya White and Regina Marshall-Brown Pace Pebblebrook Defense

Pebblebrook was the 28-0 winner over Chapel Hill when they last played one another back in November of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Falcons fell 20-12 to the Panthers on Saturday. The Falcons just can't catch a break and have now endured four losses in a row.

Although Pebblebrook took the loss, they still got scores from Ja'Kayla Mayson and Amiah Williams.

Pebblebrook didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Mequiziya White and Regina Marshall-Brown.

Pebblebrook's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Chapel Hill, they pushed their record up to 7-3 with the win, which was their third straight at home.

Looking ahead, Pebblebrook is taking a road trip to face off against McEachern at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. The matchup will give the Falcons their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Chapel Hill, they will host Therrell at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (Chapel Hill 9.8, Therrell 0) so any points scored will be well earned.
