Beachside won the last time they faced Menendez and things went their way on Thursday too. The Barracudas came out on top against the Falcons by a score of 3-1.

The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 16-25, 25-16, 25-23.

Caleb Morgan paced Beachside's offense, picking up 16 kills. Morgan got some help from Troy Mailly and his 19 assists. Mailly was also solid from the service line: he led the team with seven aces.

Beachside's win bumped their record up to 4-10. As for Menendez, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-10.

Beachside wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Forest on the 18th. As for Menendez, they will face off against Nease at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
