Northwest won the last time they faced Lincoln and things went their way on Friday too. The Northwest Mustangs managed a 47-42 win over the Lincoln Cardinals. Winning may never get old, but the Mustangs sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Northwest's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 15-2. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.7 points per game. As for Lincoln, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-7 record this season.

Northwest will challenge Stover at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Stover will roll in looking for their 12th straight win, something Northwest surely won't give up without a fight. As for Lincoln, a feisty cat fight is on tap when the Lincoln Cardinals challenge the Green Ridge Tigers at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
