Soccer Game Preview: Mt. Baker vs. Mount Vernon

The Mt. Baker Mountaineers are taking a road trip to take on the Mount Vernon Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Mt. Baker is looking for their season's first victory.

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Mt. Baker's offense. They fell just short of Lakewood by a score of 1-0 on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Mount Vernon unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Tuesday. They and Bellingham finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw. The result kept Mount Vernon happy, as they haven't lost a game since March 29th.

Mt. Baker's defeat dropped their record down to 0-14. With that draw, Mount Vernon's record moves to 9-2-3.
