Basketball Recap: Rosalia Comes Up Short

Rosalia was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. The matchup between them and the Dayton Bulldogs didn't end well, with the Rosalia Spartans falling 57-38. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Spartans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 64-29 back in December of 2024.

Rosalia's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Dayton, the victory got them back to even at 7-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Rosalia won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Non Varsity Opponent at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Dayton, they and Garfield-Palouse will face off at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played.
