Volleyball Recap: De La Salle Meteors vs. Aurora Central Catholic Chargers
De La Salle was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Aurora Central Catholic Chargers. The Meteors were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Chargers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2023.
The final score came out to 25-15, 25-20.
De La Salle's loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Aurora Central Catholic, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matches, which provided a nice bump to their 7-5 record this season.
After both having extra time off, De La Salle and Rosary will dust off their jerseys to face off against one another at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Aurora Central Catholic, they will square off against Trinity at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
