Soccer Game Preview: Raytown vs. Belton

Raytown hasn't had much luck against Belton recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Bluejays will challenge the Pirates at 6:30 p.m. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Raytown is headed into Thursday's contest looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their tenth straight game on Tuesday. They came up short against Chrisman, falling 7-1.

Meanwhile, Belton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 6-0 to Truman.

Raytown's defeat dropped their record down to 3-15. As for Belton, their loss dropped their record down to 4-13.

Raytown suffered a grim 4-0 defeat to Belton in their previous matchup last Monday. Can the Bluejays avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
