Volleyball Recap: St. Paul's Win Ends Three-Game Losing Streak on the Road

St. Paul won the last time they faced Marmaton Valley and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Indians walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Wildcats.

St. Paul easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-21.

Kyndahl Venneman paced St. Paul's offense, picking up seven kills. Venneman got some help from Ava Dent and her 16 assists. Brittany Deegan controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

St. Paul's win ended a three-match drought on the road and puts them at 8-21. As for Marmaton Valley, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 12 of their last 15 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-16-1 record this season.
