Softball Recap: Clarkdale Takes a Loss

Clarkdale lost against Sebastopol last Monday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Clarkdale fell just short of Sebastopol by a score of 5-4. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Clarkdale saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Mallory Meadows, who went 1-for-4 with one double and one RBI.

Clarkdale now has a losing record of 8-9. As for Sebastopol, their win was their 20th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 16-1.

Coming up, Clarkdale will host Scott Central at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Sebastopol, they will head out to take on Lake at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
