Softball Recap: Oswego Comes Up Short

Oswego lost against Jamesville-DeWitt back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Bucs took a 6-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Red Rams. The contest marked the Bucs' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Oswego saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Abigayle Geroux, who went 1-for-3 with one run.

This is the second loss in a row for Oswego and nudges their season record down to 3-2. As for Jamesville-DeWitt, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Oswego will host Fulton at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Jamesville-DeWitt, they will be playing in front of their home fans against East Syracuse-Minoa at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
