Baseball Recap: Blue Springs Comes Up Short

Thursday just wasn't the day for Blue Springs's offense. They came up short against the Lee's Summit West Titans on Thursday, falling 10-0. The Wildcats just can't catch a break and have now endured four losses in a row.

Blue Springs' defeat dropped their record down to 7-18-1. As for Lee's Summit West, they have been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine games. That's provided a massive bump to their 16-13-1 record this season.

Blue Springs will square off against Staley at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The Falcons will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Wildcats surely won't give up without a fight. As for Lee's Summit West, they will venture away from home to square off against Liberty North at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
