ROWVA/Williamsfield came tearing into Wednesday's matchup with eight straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Stark County Rebels by a score of 2-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-1 on Saturday.

While ROWVA/Williamsfield won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 29-27, 25-11.

Sawyer Secrist paced ROWVA/Williamsfield's offense, picking up 17 kills. Secrist got some help from Tori Trotter and her 25 assists. Kinley Danner and Maddi McGarry kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.

ROWVA/Williamsfield's victory bumped their record up to 14-3. As for Stark County, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-14.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. ROWVA/Williamsfield will welcome Biggsville West Central at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Stark County, they will challenge Annawan at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
